USAID Kizazi Hodari Northeastern Zone Embarks on 2025 with Strategic Planning and Program Review in Zanzibar
Zanzibar, January 2024- The USAID Kizazi Hodari Northeastern Zone team commenced 2025 with a productive Staff Program Review held in the serene environment of Zanzibar. This activity brought together staff members to reflect on FY24 achievements, share best practices, and strategically plan for the year ahead.
The review focused on refining strategies to enhance the project’s impact on vulnerable children, youth, and families across the 9 Regions of project's implementation. By aligning goals and fostering teamwork spirit and collaboration, the team reaffirmed its commitment to improving livelihoods through innovative and sustainable approaches.
Key outcomes of the meeting included the development of actionable plans, renewed focus on achieving project objectives, and strengthened teamwork to address pressing challenges within the communities served.
